Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security, communication and surveillance
systems, announces that having served as a director for over ten years, Paul Negus is stepping
down from the Board with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank Paul for his contribution to the business over the past ten years
and wishes him every success in the future.
